From time to time I am able to get out and try something new, in this case it was watching Naan bread and Chicken Tikka Masala skewers cooking in a home made Tandoor oven. Great food cooked Outdoors in a suburb of Seattle, Washington last August. Fascinating what a little creativity can produce ....
